Development Platforms
The Valde Systems VS1000 is designed to be a development platform
for autonomous robotics researchers in the fields of stereo image
processing, robot cooperation and navigation. It comes complete with
motors, batteries, and powerful single board computer. The VS1000
can be equipped with a Valde Systems VS1501 series stereo-vision processor
connected to a variety of IEEE-1394 cameras. It also has expansion
capability for adding RC servos and controlling relays and solenoids.
An optional 802.11b wireless ethernet connection is also easily installed.
